Terms and Conditions for Pool Cleaning Service

By hiring East Coast Aquatics for pool cleaning services, you agree to the following terms: Services include standard pool cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing. Any additional services requested will incur extra charges. East Coast Aquatics is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the pool or equipment. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Payments are due upon service completion. In case of non-payment, services may be suspended. East Coast Aquatics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

East Coast Aquatics will not be held liable for any damage caused by improper use of chemicals or equipment outside of our service visits. Clients must ensure safe access to the pool area on the scheduled service day. Any issues or concerns should be reported within 24 hours of service completion for resolution.
